Canned responses, absolutely terrible. Corey, you and I both know we have spoken already. It took you and your business nearly 3 months to say you were going to fix the issue, and we're still waiting for the replacement. My complaint is more with your treatment of your neighbors (also your customers). 0/10 garbage.
