We the received a call later in the afternoon (before we thought it would be done) letting us know it was all set. Lauren also reviewed some items the tech noticed on our safety check. It wasn’t a sales pitch call either! Which was great she generall wanted to just keep us informed. Which is usually the opposite of the “dealer logic” the entire service experience was wonderful! When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by a salesman Grandell. He told us to be patient and wait as he was finishing with other clients and so we did. After an hour of waiting my husband saw that he engaged with other clients never giving us the time of day after we were more than willing to wait for him. Needless to say we left furious and purchased elsewhere a few days later. More
