I test drove (2) Accord Coupes before making a final decision. Joel delivered Honda I selected to my house nearby a few days later and we drove to my mechanic's shop for a quick inspection before I completed the sale.The whole purchasing process from walking in the door to driving away in my Honda, took a mere 2 hours! Matthew Goodwin (Brandfon Business Manager) was most helpful and courteous in completing the sales/conveyancing paperwork I would recommend Brandon Honda without hesitation for anyone who wants a new or used Honda. Excellent I went for an oil change on my 2008 Accord, was greeted by lovely Lucy Evans Vehicle Exchange Coordinator, she asked if I had thought about trading in I went for an oil change on my 2008 Accord, was greeted by lovely Lucy Evans Vehicle Exchange Coordinator, she asked if I had thought about trading in and purchasing a new Honda, I hadn't thought about it as I was still in love with my 08 but, decided to take the time that I intended to wait to talk to a sales rep Manny Costas, no pressure just pure professionalism, once I was behind the wheel of the 2016 Accord, I was sold, with all the updates since 2008 it was a no brainer, since I had purchase my 08 at Brandfon, I knew I was turning it over to a caring dealer that would give her a good home. All of the staff at Brandfon from service, to sales were a pleasure to deal with, this dealership is like a well oiled machine all parts working together, all in all it was a great experience and I would recommend Brandfon in the future as I have in the past. I will be picking my new Honda Accord up on Saturday and look forward to another great driving experience. More
Deceptive and Dishonest I would have given a lower rating if possible. I was in search of a new vehicle after my car had been totaled in a wreck. I went to Brandfon Honda i I would have given a lower rating if possible. I was in search of a new vehicle after my car had been totaled in a wreck. I went to Brandfon Honda initially to view a Subaru Forester, but also test drove a CR-V. The one bright spot was the sales associate, Chris Augur - he was pleasant and knowledgeable and I hope he finds a new place to work for his sake. I reached an agreement on the CR-V on a Monday, having been pre-approved by my bank at 2.69% financing. I was asked to allow Brandfon to run my credit to see if I could get a lower rate. After a few phone calls, I was offered 3.9% through the dealer on Wednesday evening - obviously, I told them that I was not interested and asked them to email me a copy of the purchase order so that I could go to my bank the next day (Thursday), I was assured they would send it out immediately. Thursday morning, I still had not received the purchase order, so I called and left a voicemail for a manager, Sam, giving him my email address. Several hours later, I received a voicemail message from another manager, Chris, which simply said, "I've got your financing paperwork and you're all set." I called back, spoke to him, and told him that I was not using their financing and to email me the purchase order as promised. He stated then, for the first time, that he could not email it, so I told him I was driving to the bank and would call back with a fax number. I got to the bank at 12pm and called Brandfon Honda back at 12:25 (yes, I am irritated enough that I checked my phone records to make sure). I spoke to the other manager, Chris, and gave him the fax number. After an hour and a half, no fax had arrived. I asked the banker with whom I was working to call for me. She spoke to Sam and told me that he had said to her that I never gave them the fax number - a blatant lie. Ten minutes later, a faxed purchase order arrived - on that purchase order, the price was $50 higher than that I had agreed to, and the $229 charge for VIN etching that I had specifically waived was included, such that the price was a full $279 higher, with increased taxes as a result, than I had agreed to. Further, the purchase order was unsigned. I called back and was told neither manager was available, so I left a voicemail for Sam indicating the problems. He called back and I expressed how irritated I was. I understand that they won't get their back end kickback because I'm not using Honda Financing, but there's no excuse for this behavior. I finally got the loan set up after 3 hours at the bank (through no fault of the bank's, simply the dishonest behavior on the part of Brandfon Honda), and intended to pick up the vehicle the next day. The next day, I went to pick up the vehicle. After speaking with the sales associate, who again remains the only bright spot of this process, Chris from financing met with me and had me sign paperwork. Once again, the final contract included the $50 increased fee and the $229 VIN etching that had been waived. Mysteriously, the correct purchase order was not in his file. Luckily, I contacted the bank and they were going to email me and fax the dealer the correct purchase order that had been faxed to the bank when I applied for the loan. At that point, Chris disappeared for a moment and came back and said that they were able to find the correct purchase order in their "system." He then returned with a corrected final agreement which I signed. He stated that he understood we had a "misunderstanding" and I stated that we were good for the sole purpose of getting out of there with my new car as quickly as possible. I firmly believe that the above conduct was intentional and an effort to increase an agreed upon price in the hopes that I would sign without noticing the change. I will never be returning to Brandfon Honda, and you should all steer well clear of this deceptive dealership. More

The service was excellent and there was no pressure for buying extras. He explained all the features of CRV in detail. The whole process was a breeze. The gentleman who did the financial paperwork was very pleasant as well. Overall a very good experience and would recommend my friends to the dealership as well. More
