Update. Mr Abramson ignored my previous emails of my disappoints but finally replied a month later only after I wrote this review. He now writes here how he is "happy to honor" the offers I discussed but then emails me afterwards and says "the cost is excessive". Does that sound like he is committed to making me a happy customer? More like committed to giving customers nothing lies. Also I reported to him the morning after my delivery, with pictures, of the dash trim they damaged. He then said prove it. Really? I thought reporting it within 24 hours of delivery would be good enough. Not with Brandfon Honda. Luckily I was excited the day I agreed to buy the car and snapped a few pics of it on my phone to show my son what Dad was getting. In the picture you can clearly see the trim is not damaged. Now Mr Abramson has the before and after pics. So how did he reply to that, the same way he has in the past. It's been over a week since I sent the email and no reply, no voice mail, nothing. Save yourself the aggravation, disappointment and double talk, there are plenty of other dealers out there.
