I always drove a Toyota. My last car was a Rav4. I decided to test drive the Honda CRV and fell in love with it. My Salesperson was Joanne Panzo and she made my transaction very pleasant. I never look forward to buying a new car because of all the hassels but that was not the case with Joanne. I also had a problem with my backup sensors and Jeff Bellinger went above and beyond to accomodate me. I would recommend Brandfon Honda in Brandford, CT to anyone who is looking for a car. Corey Brandfon exceeded our expectations, not to mention that he matched an equote from another Honda dealer. Anthony worked with us to locate our vehicle in a different color since they did not have it in stock. Randy Searles took care of the paperwork in a timely fashion. When I entered the store, Mr. Gambardella (or something like that) looked up from papers he had on top of a showcase car, made eye contact and then went back to looking at his papers. There was no one at the reception desk, and after waiting for a few minutes, I had to interrupt his reading to actually get service. He seemed annoyed that I had interrupted him and I later learned he was in the midst of preparing for a couple that had already bought a car as he passed me off to his colleague 5 minutes after we began. May be I just came at the wrong time to get service, but his colleague, Pat was extremely knowledgable and kind. He knew the cars and put no pressure on me as a consumer, but he was also pretty straight forward in sharing that I would never get the value of my Audi Q5 at Branfon and that I was better off selling it somewhere else and then coming back to buy when I had money for a downpayment. If you would like to buy a car here, I highly recommend Pat because he was not only knowledgeable, but honest. At the end of the day, it just seemed like there were not enough sales people to meet the demands of the customers and it was a Friday, late day, and I think I was the only one there. I ended up getting my new Honda from Manchester Honda where they were a lot more friendly to customers and put a lot of effort into listening and providing the best deal for me as a consumer. More

Working with Patrick Cody was a complete pleasure. Brandfon Honda was the first dealership in the area I visited and the one I returned to for the purchase of a new CRV. I did "shop around" (3 other Brandfon Honda was the first dealership in the area I visited and the one I returned to for the purchase of a new CRV. I did "shop around" (3 other dealers) and was offered competitive prices at other dealers but I returned to Brandfon because my first experience with Patrick really did instill trust. I want to commend Patrick for his ability to listen, suggest, hear me, gently persuade (never pressure), and ultimately land me in a car that I am delighted with. Patrick has led me to believe that my experience going forward with this Honda dealer and service center will be wonderful. Thank you Patrick and Brandfon Honda for a very positive experience. More

Even with my crazy schedule I was able to go in one night for a hour fill out paperwork, next day found out I was approved, within the next few hours I was driving off the lot with the Honda Civic I've wanted forever. I am more than satisfied with my visit and the service I received. I hope for others to go there and get to work with Kathryn, because I know I will be coming to her whenever I'm ready for my new Honda! More
