I have bought a number of new cars in my life-have had good and bad experiences. Working with Branfon Motors was the most comfortable and satisfying ever. I took my car in for a regular oil change today and tire rotation. The price is great for both services, 19.99 for a Honda oil change! The only reason I had to put a 4 instead of a 5 is because it took abou rotation. The price is great for both services, 19.99 for a Honda oil change! The only reason I had to put a 4 instead of a 5 is because it took about an 1:45 min for an EXPRESS service! Other than that Randy saw us drive up, he jumped out of another car and opened up the garage door and they also wash the car too! Thank you! More

I have mixed feelings about this dealer. Although I would recommend this dealer, I believe there's room for improvement. Prior to my recent purchase of a 2012 Pilot Touring, I owned a CRV. I was ex would recommend this dealer, I believe there's room for improvement. Prior to my recent purchase of a 2012 Pilot Touring, I owned a CRV. I was experiencing issues with the CRV and took it in for service. I was not quite sure if the issues were with the wheels or engine as I am not a mechanic. I explained the issue as best I could. I was told that there was a cost to diagnose the problem and I would have to pay even if they could not find out what the problem was. Being that there was not certainty as to whether they would find the problem, I decided not to move forward. In my opinion, I don't think the customer should be charged if the problem is not identified. I understand that the techs are spending their time trying to identify the problem, however, I believe they should perform some type of minimal diagnoses which is no cost to the customer. Moving on to my recent purchase; The overall experience was OK. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable about the features of the car. The test drive was good. When it came time to discuss price, I did have to haggle on the selling price and the trade of my CRV. As for the selling price of the car, I did not accept the initial price they gave me. I walked out of the dealership because they did not want to budge on price. They called me a few days later with a reduction in price. I then called other dealers to see if they could beat the price and they could not. I also contacted carsdirect.com and they were not able to beat the price either. As for my trade of my CRV, they said they could not give me the full value because the car was in an accident, it needed new tires and they'd have to do a lot to it in order to resell. I stood firm and did not budge on my trade. They ended up giving me what I wanted for my trade, but after the sale, I saw the CRV on the lot and absolutely nothing was done to it for resale like they claimed. The only thing they did was clean up the CRV and shine the tires. In addition, I went to the website and saw that they were selling the car for almost double what I sold it to them. I understand the dealer has to make a profit, however, their is no need to tell the customer things they have no intention of doing. Closing the deal; once we agreed upon the selling price and trade they had to do a locate on the car because they had none on the lot. It took about a week or so to find the car at no additional cost to me. As for signing the final docs, the finance manager was knowledgeable. He worked to get us a good interest rate and extended warranty. We also had the car simonized and he took care of driving the car over to detail. I needed the car back at a certain time and it was ready by that time. Also, after the purchase, we got a call from the owner thanking us for our business which I thought was good customer service. Overall, I would recommend this dealership because of their competitive pricing and customer service, however, as stated above, there is room for improvement. More

I was greeted by Jon the service representative upon arrival and he immediately asked what it was I wanted done. I needed a oil and filter change and the service required by the recall for the automatic arrival and he immediately asked what it was I wanted done. I needed a oil and filter change and the service required by the recall for the automatic transmission software problem. He asked if there was anything else and I told him to check the condition of the coolant. He told me that I can pick up the car in about 2 1/2 hours.It was completed in less time and he called me to say it was ready. Jon told me that the did the multi point service check and that the coolant was fine and not in need of changing. Jon was friendly, courteous and professional. More
