A friend of ours purchased his car at Brandfon last week and he suggested we contact Kathryn. From the first phone conversation, Kathryn was honest, up front and never made any empty promises or gave us double-talk with gimmicks to lure us in, which in the end wouldn't amount to anything. Our previous experience with another dealership's finance manager was less than pleasant and left us emotionally drained. To say we were a bit apprehensive about what this finance manager would say is an understatment. Ali was compassionate, understanding and very "real". On the day we picked up the car, Matt walked us through every bit of paperwork with meticulous detail and patiently answered all our questions. This is a 5-star dealership.
