Next I went to the waiting area for free coffee. I was out in less than an hour with a service report that includes useful information like brake pad thickness measurements. They change my oil for less than I could do it myself and they maintain my maintenance history for me. Who could ask for anything better? More

Learned over the summer from a customer at Brandfon that he was now working there and immediately transferred my service loyalty for our 2 Hondas to Brandfon. Had service there for the first time this week and everything was terrific. Took advantage of 2 discounted maintenence services from a Branfon mailing that my car was due for and saved a bundle. Just a great place and a very competent service rep in Jon Carter. Only complaint is that Westbrook had loaners for longer work or overnight.Brandfon does not. Wife,who has to pick me up and bring me back, not as thrilled as I am. More

There are a lot of reasons why I like this place. Even the look of the place is appealing. It reminds me of the Mercedes dealership I used to know in Los Angeles where I used to wash windows when I was young. The kind of place that seems like I can't afford it...but I can! I love that there is a shuttle that will take me back and forth from home while the car is being serviced. Weeeee!!!! Gotta love that. And even before I knew about the shuttle, I would stay on the premises, connect for free to the internet and do my work. Even if you forget your laptop, they have a computer there in the waiting area you can use. There's cafe table seating, a more loungey area and also a desk if you need it. Seriously, its the most painless automotive purchase and service experience I have ever known. More
