As I drove up to the service section and got out of the car I was greeted nicely by Jon. Although their computer system had been revamped with a new program and was very slow I was signed in quickly. I men car I was greeted nicely by Jon. Although their computer system had been revamped with a new program and was very slow I was signed in quickly. I mentioned a problem and Jon offered a suggestion of a solution that made sense to both of us and I agreed to the additional work. (the problem seems to be solved). The waiting area is comfortable and the coffee was good. The work took longer than was estimated which could have been a problem. More

I am torn about my experience. Some of it was great...other parts not so great. Dan was patient and helped me find the car that I really wanted. He was always friendly and courteous. However w great...other parts not so great. Dan was patient and helped me find the car that I really wanted. He was always friendly and courteous. However when returning calls or scheduling my car to be fixed due to dealership damage and Simonez there were significant delays. Within the past week I have had to drive to the dealership 4 times for issues that should have been taken care of before I drove the car out of the lot. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership in the past and had an excellent experience, but this time it has not been very pleasant and has caused me to question whether I would purchase from this dealership again. More
