It was time for me to purchase a new vehicle. I shopped around to several dealers, then on spur of the moment, I stopped in to Brandfon Honda. He understood when I told him we did not have time to test drive the Accord because we had an appointment, but told us to come back when we could. No Pressure! We went to our appointment, and came right back. Joel went above and beyond to find the right color car for me. I wanted White! It took him a few days, but he got it for me in Mass. When we were doint the paperwork, Matt Goodwin walked us thru all the many packages and explained the financing for us. He was patient and confident when he had to make a major correction in all of the numbers. I wish that I could rate this dealership well but the experience we had was horrific.
