The first time my wife and I were at the dealership was to close on the car and drive it home. Kathryn was great with showing the car's features, and Rob was perfect in completing the paper work, even with a late minute change. The followup to refund my credit card deposit, and a check refund for transfering plates, was done in a timely manner. I, we, would definitely contact Brandfon for any future vehicle needs. It was a pleasent buying experience, and that says a lot about the dealership. The owner even followup with a letter of regret that he couldn't be there that day, as well as a letter from the Parts department offering a discount on any future accessories for our car. I'd rate them higher but I have only had a buying experience. More
I tend to keep my vehicles forever because I dread the car buying experience. Every time I walk into a car showroom, I feel like I’m going to be mugged. I planned on going from a 12-year old mid-size s car buying experience. Every time I walk into a car showroom, I feel like I’m going to be mugged. I planned on going from a 12-year old mid-size sedan and a 20-year old full-size pickup to one vehicle and hadn’t kept up with the technology or makes and models. After researching everything from SUVs to sub-compact hatchbacks, I decided on a 2012 Civic LX sedan and requested E-Prices from several dealers. One dealer gave me a low quote that wasn’t so low after you read the fine print. The destination charge was not included and none of the additional fees were itemized as I requested. Another dealer would not give me a quote since the price changed from day-to-day. When I finally got a quote out of them, it was not in the ballpark. When I told the salesperson this, he asked me what I wanted to pay for the car. The same old song and dance I’ve heard for over 30 years. And then enters Kathryn Woodford at Brandfon Honda. Her quote was the best, all the fees were listed and no fine print. Her emails and phone calls were prompt and she encouraged me to call with any questions. She is knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and fun to work with. No games. No pressure. She continues to follow up with emails and phone calls after the sale. Matt Goodwin handled the paperwork and he was thorough, professional and made sure I understood everything. I never write reviews nor participate in surveys and polls. One can usually expect their esimate of repair time to be met. However...on a recent visit I was disappointed that a simple oil change kept me waiting far longer than I had expected. Since then I have taken notice that one of their staff has been periodically checking in with the customers in the waiting area to ensure that their wait is not excessive. I would not recommend financing through Honda Financial...For a few consecutive months I had to call and ask why I had not received my monthly statement. I was told that the wrong zip code was submitted by Bradfon Honda and that the problem would be corrected. This I was told every time I found it necessary to call them. I doubt that Bradfon Honda had submitted the wrong zip code because I did receive and initial communication from Honda Financial long before the problem developed. More
We were not kept appraised of the status of the car - which was a few weeks late. After complaining about it and being told that the car would be in by the next week. When tried to schedule the pick up was told that the first three requested times were unavailable. When dealing with the business manager he was matter of fact, quick and asked that we give him a top rating. More
