The conversations we had before buying the car were always focuses on our needs and Kathryn has been always very friendly even when we were discussing the price (and in my experience there were some other dealers that made the negotiation process very painful). Amanda, my service rep, went out of her way to be helpful and as cost-conscious as she could for me. We have a 2000 Honda civic ex with 161,000 miles on it. We've had several major repairs in the last couple years and I wondered if we would be throwing good money after bad. She scheduled me for a loaner, and did all she could to contain costs and also reassure me that the car was still worth the investment. At the end, she explained that we would need no major repairs for another 40-50,000 miles, and given the new struts, shocks, tires, bushings, bolts, and an axle seal, it would ride like a new car. Sure enough it did! She and (Sam?) who was on when she was off in the middle of the repair kept in excellent phone contact with me as well. While the repairs were pricey compared to Pep Boys, they are always done well. And she said, "you'll get 300,000 miles out of this car if you keep maintaining it as well as you have. And when you bring it in with 300K, I'll probably tell you it'll be good for another 20K." More
Always have a positive experience when I go to Brandfon Honda for any type of problem with my Honda Accord. I was in need of a car, and my wife wanted a 2012 Honda Civic, preferably in Silver. I contacted the dealership by internet, and after a quick followup by Kathryn, I was able to place a deposit on a car fo Civic, preferably in Silver. I contacted the dealership by internet, and after a quick followup by Kathryn, I was able to place a deposit on a car for that weekend, only 3 days from when she was first contacted. The first time my wife and I were at the dealership was to close on the car and drive it home. Kathryn was great with showing the car's features, and Rob was perfect in completing the paper work, even with a late minute change. The followup to refund my credit card deposit, and a check refund for transfering plates, was done in a timely manner. I, we, would definitely contact Brandfon for any future vehicle needs. It was a pleasent buying experience, and that says a lot about the dealership. The owner even followup with a letter of regret that he couldn't be there that day, as well as a letter from the Parts department offering a discount on any future accessories for our car. I'd rate them higher but I have only had a buying experience. More

Having already owned a Honda Accord, I knew exactly what I wanted and being able to shop on-line made finding a replacement for my '99 Accord so convenient with my busy schedule.
