I have been doing business with Brandfon Honda for the past 22 years, and I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. Between myself and my immediate family, we have purchased 19 new Honda past 22 years, and I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. As far as referrals, I have personally referred at least 25 friends, neighbors, and co-workers ( I actually lost count; it could be quite a bit more) to Brandfon who have purchased cars, and many others to the service department, all of whom have thanked me for steering them to such a fine dealership. I have always been treated with respect and felt valued as a customer, two areas that is sadly not the norm with so many other car dealerships. The sales department is knowledgeable, professional and not high pressure( which I think is very important)...special thanks to Nick Pawlowicz. The service department is fantastic in getting done the work quickly and more importantly, always done right the first time.....special callout to Randy Newton and Joe Whitmore. Vehicle in for service. Dealership was spotless, service advisors and service managers were very friendly and helpfull and final price was what I was told and very fair. I needed to get a four wheel alignment for my CRV. The car was in an accident and the garage that fixed my car said they did an aligment. I have a 2007 Honda Civic and the warranty on my car has expired. I needed to get the drivers side visor replaced and checked if they would give me a discount since Honda's had a few issues with the visors expired. I called Branford Honda and they offered to check with Honda to see if Honda would cover part of the cost (Note: I also called Manchester Honda and they asked me to do call Honda myself). Honda agreed and Randy called me back and set up an appointment. Branford Honda and Randy really look to provide good customer service and I am extremely happy that they take time out to ensure they get the best deals for their customers. They are honest and extremely helpful. I would recommend Branford Honda anyday !! More

When you walk through the doors of a car dealer, you never know what will happen. Sometimes you’re accosted by a zealous salesperson who will give you 10 minutes of his/her time and then begin the sale never know what will happen. Sometimes you’re “greeted” with indifference and ignored in a showroom where you’re the only perspective customer. At Brandfon Honda, I was pleasantly surprised. Kathryn, Tom and Marco made my buying experience the best ever (I almost never use the word "best" to describe anything)! I’ve purchased many vehicles from Chevys to Volvos, new and used. I’ve dealt with good dealerships and mediocre dealerships. Never before have I worked with a group like this. I traveled across the state figuring that I’d kick the tires on another used Ridgeline and left there owning a 2006. These folks put together a better package than any of the other dealers I dealt with in Ct, NJ, Mass or NY during the past month. Additionally, as we worked our way through the details, I began noticing that these were genuinely decent and honest people (all at the same place... an automobile dealership… how did this happen?). The owners of Brandfon Honda obviously understand how to run a business the right way and it is apparent that they hire and train their personnel accordingly. I have never before written a review for a product or business, but in this case, I feel compelled and I’m happy to do so. More
