Even though we have closer option, there was no question that we would be returning to Brandfon for car. From the initial phone call to driving off the lot, the employees were professional, accommodating, and kind. They were transparent and we felt no pressure in the friendly, warm environment. We were given the time we needed to discuss our options with Dennis, the sales manager. He helped us make a decision and there were no hidden fees. Dennis went out of his way to find a vehicle on the lot so we could drive away with it the same day. There were no Tuscons on the lot that matched what we were looking for, so Dennis found a higher model and gave us an exceptional deal. The sales and leasing consultant, Tyler, was very patient with us. He was extremely knowledgeable and spent time making sure that we felt comfortable. Tyler really seemed to prioritize a relationship with us, rather than just making a sale. He communicated with the service department, making sure our car was ready for us as fast as possible. Tyler spent time reviewing the car with us and going over all the features. He reached out the day after we got the car to ensure we were comfortable with the vehicle and its features, as well as setting us up on the Bluelink app so we could use all the technology that is available to Hyundai owners. Rafael, the business manager, went through the financing we us, making the most stressful part of the day when buying or leasing a car much more comfortable. He provided all the information to us in a clear manner, and just as he had with our last purchase, Rafael felt more like a friend than a businessman while still remaining professional. We left feeling comfortable and very happy with our lease agreement. My husband and I would absolutely recommend Brandfon as the dealership to use when buying a Hyundai. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. They handled us with a kindness and professionalism that is hard to find in the car industry. Safety Concern: Brandfon Hyundai Refuses to Rescind Lease on Biohazardous Ioniq 5 I leased a brand-new 2026 Ioniq 5 from this dealership on March 2026 with a faint order coming from the vent. When I calle on Biohazardous Ioniq 5 I leased a brand-new 2026 Ioniq 5 from this dealership on March 2026 with a faint order coming from the vent. When I called the sales person said it was a new car venting the filing of the metalic system--whatever--I hoped it would go away. With the warm spring weather, within three weeks, a putrid odor began blasting through the HVAC vents. Although on the phone, my concern was not taken seriously, upon inspection, Brandfon’s service department confirmed they "identified and removed a mouse nest" from the airfilter. The mouse had made a home in the airfilter of this car in the winter sitting in the middle of the showroom at Brandfon Hyundai as a showroom model. Despite this written admission of a rodent infestation in a new vehicle, Dealer Manager Corey Brandfon has refused a lease rescission or exchange. This is a vehicle sprayed with dead mouse debris and feces through the venting system and into the cabin, impossible to clean with non toxic chemicals according to the CDC. The dead mouse also harbor bacteria-- that researach papers documented-- that kills infected people by flooding their lungs. I cannot accept a vehicle where biological waste and allergens have been circulated through the entire ventilation system—this is a biohazard that "replacing a filter" does not fix. Instead of dealing with the consumer concern, the dealership sent a formal letter threatening to report my loaner vehicle as "stolen" and pursue criminal charges unless I take back the contaminated car. Using the threat of police involvement to intimidate a customer into accepting a defective, infested product is an appalling business practice. More

After dealing with bots, both AI generated and apparently human approximations who were mechanical in their responses, she was refreshingly human and genuinely helpful. I am not yet certain where I will buy a car so I can't speak to the post-sales experience (the only reason I omitted one star). But first impressions matter and this one was so positive, I felt compelled to share it. More
Just bought a 2025 Hyundai Elantra and I'm really happy with how everything went. I was coming from a 2020 Elantra, so I already liked the car, but the updates in the new model are really solid. This dealership is the worst I have dealt with yet. I have never dealt with people so dishonest about their work. From start to finish, the pre-sales lady went above and beyond to find me the perfect sedan to downgrade from the SUV I was currently in. My Salesman was very patient and honest throughout and very knowledge about all the new bells and whistles I was not familiar with. The Sales Manager even came over and sat to chat with us. We finalized everything with a sweet woman who made a way for me to take the car home the same day. It felt like a family. Very welcoming environment. Transparent pricing. A great deal. Friendly staff every step of the way, from the initial phone call from Karen graciously answering my many questions about the trading down process and lease specials and different types of Sonatas to working with Jim who helped me learn all about the car so I would be confident driving it away, to John the manager who made me a great offer on my SUV and shared some laughs with us all the way to Sarah who handled all the financial paperwork for me. I felt like they actually liked me, not just wanted to sell me something. In my 50something years and all my car buys, this one takes the cake. They really appreciate their customers. Jim even followed up with me the next day to see how I was doing and walked me through some more features I wasn't familiar with. Just buy yourr car here. I got my 2021 palisade from here, ive drivin it mabey 20 times since i got it in February 2024,certified pre owned, and yet i needed an oil change 2 months after i got it , now December 2024 in the same yea times since i got it in February 2024,certified pre owned, and yet i needed an oil change 2 months after i got it , now December 2024 in the same year ive owned it for 10 months, less then a year and the check engine light came on, i took it in and they told me spark plugs are bad. I spoke to the sales mgr,who then spoke to the service mgr, and worked it all out.the sales mgr took on the expense of the spark plugs, im so pleased with how the sales and service department worked together and helped me. So I waited patiently so I wouldn’t nag and just let them do the work if any had needed to be done. by 6 I called since it showed online they close at 8pm and a sales receptionist informed me that the service department closed at 4… I had asked if it would be today for pick up because I have work at 5am and now am without a vehicle since they never gave me a phone call and I waited by my phone for hours since I dropped it off. More
