And again "Home Run", They had the car I was looking for. But, again, I have to make sure it's a good price . So I searched on long Island and even in to MA. I emailed pete and again got an immediate response. And I have to say this car was the best deal. I got a newer model and an even better price than I thought I could. So off I went, again. This time I walked on the orient ferry, took Amtrak to new haven . Frank met me at the train station . Again they made this process so easy, everything was ready for me . The car is beautiful. This dealership makes you feel like an old family friend I would give it 10 stars if I could. It is so worth the travel to get to it. The owner joe was so nice, he must keep the local bakery in business, every time I was there he was feeding me cake. You are all the best . Thank you, I feel so much more comfortable knowing my kids are driving such safe cars. More

We couldn't have been more impressed! From the staff to the enrgy saving "green" building they really do things right. A special mention for Frank Tomanio, he is a true gentleman and an outstanding salesman in the best possible sense. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend Quality to anyone interested in buying a Hyundai. I went to Quality for service for five years and decided to purchase a smaller vehicle. Everyone had been so helpful and honest in the service department I would not look anywhere else. I purchased a 2016 Elantra and received a very fair trade on my Tucson. I also received several incentives, being a former Hyundai owner, military and factory discount. There were no surprises or pressure and I was instructed on all the bells and gadgets. Truly a very happy experience. From the service department to the sales, truly honest and pleasant experience. After some time I decide on leasing a new Santa Fe Sport & put down $500... After thinking about it I decided if I was gonna pay over $100 more a month I don't want to regret it every time I walk up to it!!! The feature I really wanted was keyless entry since my hands are always full!! They wanted me to pay almost $100 more a month making it over $200 more than my current car note!!! So I decided to go get a comparison at Branford Jeep, Dodge, etc. (they're great!! Drove away w/2015 Grand Jeep Cherokee Sport for $6 less a month the same day!!!) after finding out I can get double the vehicle for less I went back to get my deposit... And that's where "Quality" Hyundai's sales manager from xxxx comes in!!! I remember this piece of work from when my lease and how he tried getting me out of my sports addition into a base model and pay more!!!!! Well he did it again!!! Didn't care about what was best for me or what I wanted!!!!!! It was all about what's best for "Quality" Hyundai!!! I literally walked out!!! Never again will they ever have my business!!!! Oh yeah and every single time I ever had work done they made me wait over an hour longer than promised!!! Every Time!!!!!!!! Never again!!!! More
