I don't know about their sales department, but would not ever use this dealership for service!!! My daughter took her car in for a recall that should have taken 1 hour. It took 2 trips and wasted 2 days. She had to call them over 7 times over 2 days to get any info about her car. The first day she told them she needed to be picked up when her car was ready, and when she finally got a call, she was told that the driver was gone for the day. The second trip, she told them that she had to have her car by noon. By the time she picked her car up, it was almost 3:00PM.
The poor service had to be brought to their attention, before there was an"I'm sorry". When I asked the woman if she would be aggravated, if this was her, she replied YES. They give a new meaning to the name "service Department".......... And it's NOT in a good way. I'm not one to complain usually. I try to understand that stuff happens, but this was not the first undesirable dealing with this service department, but it sure was the worst.
