I originally left a review regarding my service experience with my Ford F-250, but I took it down in good faith after we reached a resolution with the service department. We agreed on a final ou experience with my Ford F-250, but I took it down in good faith after we reached a resolution with the service department. We agreed on a final out-of-pocket amount of $330 due to my warranty company not covering the full cost—something I was already frustrated about, as many dealerships work with customers in these situations. Despite that, I honored the agreement and moved forward. Now, upon returning to pick up my vehicle, I’m being told the total is $130 higher than what was clearly agreed upon. On top of that, they are refusing to release my truck unless I pay the additional amount. This is extremely disappointing. I upheld my end of the agreement, including removing my original review, only to now be faced with unexpected charges and pressure at pickup. This experience reflects a lack of transparency and customer care. More
