Avoid service at Brandon Ford Mr Robert Lopez gave me constant wrong information about when my truck would be ready and done. I was told numerous times that I would receive a call back at a certain time and hours later nothing. I was the one who had to call them back. After my vehicle was finally finished being serviced, I never received a call to let me know, I again had to call them back and ask. Although my truck was fixed correctly, I will never come back to Brandon Ford again because of the bad experience I had from Mr Robert Lopez and the rest of the service center at Brandon Ford More

Bill Currie Ford is closer, but after they tried to burn us twice on my daughters 2002 Escape, they will never see any of our vehicles again (if you want to test the integrity of a mechanic, send in a young girl with a "known" problem and a credit card. If they find and take care of that problem, and that problem only, you have just found an honest mechanic ... if all of a sudden the car you sent in for recall work, or whatever, "needs new brakes, front and rear at around $1,000" (when you personally replaced them yourself less than 9 months prior) , or "needs a new power steering pump for approximately $700" (when the problem is that the $7.00 line running from the reservoir to the pump has a crack in it at the spring clamp) ... it's time to find a new "factory" service center. After asking around, and checking online, I decided to try Brandon ... it's a bit further, but turned out to be well worth the drive. Roberto had the throttle body problem resolved promptly and professionally, and faster than I could have done it myself. I had some other minor warranty issues that have been going ignored, and some that I had addressed personally to avoid going back to Currie, which I discussed with Roberto and he went above and beyond what my past experiences with "factory" service centers have been to address or assure me that they will be able to take care of all of my stated concerns, and any others that may occur later. I will have no problem taking my wife's Escape back sometime next week to handle the warranty issues, which because of previous issues elsewhere, I was going to do myself. I'm confident they will do a great job in a timely manner, and highly recommend Robert Lopez to anyone in need of prompt, professional work on their Ford truck or automobile... More

I spoke with Robert Lopez who took my information informing me that he would let me know what would need to be done. In less than 20 minutes he informed me of what was going to happen and how long it would take to fix. He to me that I would be ready to go in 2hrs. All four rotors were turned and I was on my way in less than 2hrs. I was told what was found how long it would take and all with a smile. More

Feel lucky to have gotten Chad Wells as a serv We've bought two new Fords, one for me, one for the wife in the past year and a half from Brandon Ford. Feel lucky to have gotten Chad Wells as a service advisor early after first purchase. He always goes above and beyond to help make sure we're not only getting what we need accomplished but answer some of my occasionally off the wall questions as well. While we live in Polk County we've made it a point to get both cars to Brandon Ford for any service needed. Concern, quickness and getting it done right yields 5 stars on all the ratings, except price which gets a four (only because I always feel I should get things done for $5 less...even when the total's $4.99...) Folks like Dan Gentile and Chad Wells have made us feel like we are part of the Brandon Ford 'family". A rarity these days that you should be proud of! Keep up the good work! More
