AMAZING service. I can't say enough. Tommy Shelly walked me through the car buying experience. He asked me for 3 specific things I needed and or wanted in a car and I told him " small tires, good gas walked me through the car buying experience. In fact, when I came in I was looking for a used vehicle, but he worked with Channing Roberson, another FANTASTIC professional, and I was able to get a NEW car directly in my price range (and with 4 small tires! ! ! !). I want to give a shout out and KUDOS to Channing Roberson, my finance guy! WOW- he was amazing. he explained everything on those seemingly never ending documents! AND gave me good tips on service and cost savings! I cannot say enough about the great experience I had the day I came into Brandon Ford. I went to this dealership on a day after work. I was ready to purchase a car but planned on visiting other dealerships first. This was my 2nd Ford dealer and I didn't see the car with the options I want ready to purchase a car but planned on visiting other dealerships first. This was my 2nd Ford dealer and I didn't see the car with the options I wanted. I ended up talking to Ricardo. He was friendly but not fake like most salesmen. I spent maybe 45 minutes to an hour there. The color car I wanted with the options was not there but was on the train headed to Tampa. I was pre-qualified before I went in but filled out an app for Ford motor credit to check their rate because of the extra rebate if I went with them. I left the dealership and told Ricardo to give me a call with the rate. The car wasn't there yet anyway and I hate sitting around the dealership. Ricardo called within 30 minutes and told me an interest rates thru Ford credit that was incredible. My credit wasn't that great because I had foreclosed on a house a while back and I didn't expect what they gave me. I signed the papers the next day and then waited for my car to arrive. I would text back and forth with Ricardo about my cars arrival. He was so much fun to work with and not at all what I experienced in the past with other salesmen. The lady I dealt with in financing when I signed everything was also great. I am an experienced female car buyer. I understand the ends and outs of buying a car. I see BS and I received none of that here. This was the best car buying experience I have ever received. I can't review all their salesman but I can tell you that Ricardo Liburd was the BOMB. Every person should have a car buying experience like that. More

The selection was the best in the Tampa area, internet search, the e mail exchange before coming to the dealership was pleasant no high pressure or multiple emails a day from everyone at the dealership. No high pressure phone calls, just straight forward questions on my part and answers from Jake. The toughest decision was deciding on which auto to buy. There was no question that a car was going to be purchased that day. My plans had been to check out two dealerships, as it turns out I didn't feel the need to do so after meeting Jake and looking over his inventory. The finance experience was also quick, easy and pleasant. The interest rate Toni found for us was much better than we expected. The dealership was bright, clean and had a welcoming feel. I wish it were closer to my home in South Tampa. I had a trade in and was somewhat disappointed in the trade in value offered. I already had received a cash buy offer from CarMax which was 500.00 more the trade offered. I wound up selling for more either offer. More
