2005 ford escape maintenance had to take my car in two different times to have work done on it in less then one week. Engine light came on and they got the first time taken care o had to take my car in two different times to have work done on it in less then one week. Engine light came on and they got the first time taken care of then had to go again to complete the rest of the work and front end major repairs. Got there about 8:30 drove out at 4:45. car feels great and Robert was very helpful. More

Why was the CARFAX history report not given to me at the beginning. I might not have wanted a vehicle that was used as a rental vehicle. Tire Issue Contacted the Service Dept. with a tire issue. Took the car in and after checking the tire was advised that it had a deeply imbedded screw and they we Contacted the Service Dept. with a tire issue. Took the car in and after checking the tire was advised that it had a deeply imbedded screw and they were not certain whether the tire could be repaired. They could not repair the tire and installed a new tire. Fortunately it was covered under the tire warranty. I really appreciate Brandon Ford and the service they provide. Keep up the good work!!!
