I had a very positive experience purchasing my 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid from Brandon Honda. We test drove the vehicle, worked through pricing and trade details, and tried to get everything necessary in place to complete the purchase. Although we weren't able to finalize the sale that day, she had already put a tremendous amount of time and effort into helping me get to that point. I specifically wanted to make sure her work was recognized, even though she was off when I returned the following day to complete the purchase. Brad also became personally involved when needed and helped get everything into a place where I was comfortable moving forward. On purchase day, Jessica was friendly and helpful with the delivery details. She handled my plate transfer, came out with me while I emptied my trade, took photos with my new vehicle, and helped me connect and set up my phone before I left. She also followed up promptly when I contacted the dealership with a question after the sale. Edwin handled my finance paperwork and was excellent to work with. He took the time to explain what I was signing, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and made what can be the most stressful part of buying a car surprisingly comfortable. He even left us alone to sign the paperwork without explaining what we were signing, simply because I refused to accept extended warranties or GAP insurance and brought my own financing (meaning he couldn't make money by marking up the interest rate above what the bank actually offered). So, take precautions to avoid dealing with that person. Thank you. More
