My wife & I have been loyal customers of Brandon Honda since 2013 but we won't be going back after the experience we went through with the Sales Associate, Lydia. We were supposed to work with Noah, but since 2013 but we won't be going back after the experience we went through with the Sales Associate, Lydia. We were supposed to work with Noah, but he was understandably tied up since they were short handed. Lydia helped us but seemed annoyed at doing so, like she had some place else to go or someone else to take care of. We had a good idea of what vehicle we wanted after test driving it the previous day but after thinking on it and coming in the next day Lydia, the moment I sat down she was abrupt with me that I needed to make a decision and that she had other customers to worry about. We were being patient since this was major purchase from us but since we didn't accept exactly what she was offering, she made her displeasure known in her actions & words. After I decided to purchase she changed her tone of course but she disappeared giving little to no updates to me. I had to walk to the Sales counter several times to get an update myself! Terrible customer service from our experience. On top of all of this, they gave our phone numbers to data marketers and we've been getting non-stop spam calls since our purchase there where before we were getting little to non since we have our number on the do not call registry state and federal list. I can see now why the younger generations and others bypass the dealer now. They'd rather deal with Carvana or online car services than have to go through the terrible experience at a dealer. Brandon Honda as an example. My wife and I are patient and friendly people, we had a gameplan going on as anyone responsible with their finances should be, we shouldn't have gone through this treatment & experience. We won't be going back. More

Fînance guy baliffput me down for 84 months of financing when only wanted 54 max. He put ad ons which i did not want..i put 20 thousand down!
