I was treated like a criminal I am sure I am in the minority here but I hope my review help to improve. I was initially treated very good but due to a request on my part after the deal the situation turned out ugly to the point I was asked to leave. It turns out the issue was about the dealer not paying for a 325.00 transfer which I would pay if that was the concern they had. They made waste an entire day back and forth and never were honest to my on what was the issue. I figured out myself and solve the problem. They make you feel they only care about the sale. Relationship manager Dan needs a relationship course in customer service. More

After 3.5 hrs, I was given a quote and problems were adequately explained. To be noted, I had to remind the guy that I needed the paper work for my records and once my car was delivered to me, it had not been washed, as promised in the care package i signed up for. I would recommend, but stay alert to your expectations and needs. More
