This time an un The customer service was very good as before. I have been at Brandon Honda several times and I always have the same quality service. This time an unusual event occurred. A brake honse line was needed for my 98 CRV. Honda was not able to get it from its supplier. I told Honda that I was going to try to get it. I did get it the same day. I brought in the brake hose line and they performed the job promptly. This is the first time I had to get the part myself since they could not get it from their supplies (NAPA). However, it was made up with their usual quality customer service by our service specialist. More
