Eventhough there were many limiting factors specific to my family, she quickly determined that a certain Certified Pre-Owned SUV that was on the lot would suit my needs and wants. She was very helpful, quickly answering and getting answers to my many, many questions in person and over text. She has a very professional, yet easy going demeanor and both she and the dealership have a good vibe. Kaitlyn was always ready for our appointments and respectful of my time limits. To make sure the car was right for me, with help from Johnathan Dent, I was allowed to take the car overnight. After Kaitlyn, Gino Benghazi and I agreed on the price, Johnathan even bought me a smoothie while I was waiting to finish the paperwork. When I picked up the car a small misunderstanding arose, but Kaitlyn and Gino made it right. Working with Kaitlyn, Johnathan, and Gino was a pleasant car buying experience overall. More
