I was referred to Bill because my parents had such a great experience with him when purchasing their C-RV. I spoke to Bill before I came in and told him what I was looking for. When I came in and he showed me what he'd picked out, it was perfect! It was like he was in my head:) He was busy with another customer, so he had Jonathan help us. He was great! He went on a test drive with me, my husband and dad, and was able to answer all of our questions and showed me everything the H-RV had to offer. When we got back to the shop, unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Ken, the financial guy. I ended up walking out and admittedly I cried a bit on the way home because I felt like I had just left MY car. I was super bummed, and the next day I received a message from Grant apologizing and asking what he could do for me. Both Grant and Bill made sure I wouldn't loose my dream car. They gave me a fair deal and I came back in today to meet with them and Jonathan. I am so proud to say I own a brand new HRV and I'm so in love with it already! Jeremiah helped me with coming up with the best price for me for some extended warranties I think were important to get and he was very patient and helpful so I'd be comfortable for my final payment. Thank you guys! If you are in the market for a new SUV I highly recommend Bill and Jonathan, they are knowledgeable and will get you into a car that is what you want, not more than you need. More

Hassan, was personally selected by the online sales director "Honda Joe" Bracchi at Brandon Honda, to navigate us throught the whole daunting process. Spoiler alert... this is the 7th car we've purchased at Brandon Honda. I wanted to beat a deal out of any dealer who would give us both respect and honesty in valuation of our current car and a true deal on our next one. Hassan was personable, and easy to work with. He didn't push us into the first car we test drove, he picked our brains on the colors, features,and model level we were hell bent on getting. Then he genuinely worked his butt off to wrangle every bonus,bargain,incentive and discount a return buyer and current owner could get. In the end we got in my opinion. The best deal within 200 miles of our home. He got a good appraisal on our old car and had the deal working thru Chris in financing within an hour. All the while we found the Color Dark Olive Green.The model EX-L and the price... We don't kiss and tell! But, I can say it was thousands below sticker on a car that still "sells itself" and with all the options my wife Lisa didn't imagine she could find all in one car. Power lift gate, driver seat memory, remote start, hazard avoidance, and navigation."Oh mama!" my wife has her dream car! Hassan Slim, had our new car prepped and ready for us to take home as the deal closed all within 2 hrs of us walking thru the doors. recall service I brought my Honda to these folks for a recall, first, the check in process is setup well, when the service advisor came out, the greeting was warm. I was advised that the repairs would take about 2 hours, THEN, I was told that they have a snack bar! I hadn't had breakfast so I took advantage, it was good.they have a good amount of seating in the cafe area, and lounge, although they could use a bit more. the service advisor, John< was friendly, yet professional. he advised me of all the things my car needed, but didn't push! the service took about 2 1/4 hours, not bad for an estimate. when I went out to get the car, I discovered they had washed it! now some of you might expect that, I'm not used to it so it was a Nic surprise!. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
