Oil change and tire rotation Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. The service department was excellent. We were contacted when the vehicle was done and pick Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. The service department was excellent. We were contacted when the vehicle was done and picked it up without any difficulties. However, the next morning there was oil all over the garage floor. This is the second time this has happened. We were able to tighten the oil drain plug and the problem was solved. My concern is that we've only had 2 oil changes and both times the plug had to be tightened. Our next trip for an oil change will definitely require us to check the drain plug before we leave. More

Rachel saved me money! We bought our C-RV here at Brandon Honda 3 years ago but since we relocated to the east coast we've been getting service in Cocoa, Florida. Last month We bought our C-RV here at Brandon Honda 3 years ago but since we relocated to the east coast we've been getting service in Cocoa, Florida. Last month during an oil and transmission fluid change the Cocoa service rep pointed out my rear brake pads were only 3mm and needed changed very soon. I can into Brandon Honda to have that repair done until Rachel and the mechanic pointed out there was plenty of wear left on all break pads including the back ones. The mechanic put the wheels back on and I was on my way. No charge! Thanks Rachel! More
