Dealership sucks You guys have no idea how bad my experience has been with this car purchase . Oh none of you ! does management even know a little bit about florida laws cause i hadanother IDIOT manager tell me i wont get a ticket you got to be kidding me i just called the sherrif department and verified this with them !? worst freaking place to do any business with i swear !!! also management didnt want to talk to me cause how pissed i am oh thats so unprofessional ! i work for bank of america i am a manager and i know about customer service you guys have the worst ! i was going to have my mom and husband but you know what after what ive been through xxxx no and i will tell EVERYONE about this experience . Jackie was courteous, professional and moved the buying transaction along while answering all of our detailed questions. The features of the CRV were reviewed and our test drive was very beneficial. Please note that it has been seven years since we purchased a car and frankly we were not looking forward to spending time at a dealer facility. However after purchasing the CRV we would certainly recommend Brandon Honda and specifically Jackie Olson. In short, our car buying experience was excellent. More

Did not provide print out of documents or vehicle registration at time of sale, requiring me to make a return drive to dealership. These are all basic job requirements for a finance department. If possible, I would not have given him even 1 star. More
It was a an awesome experience I came in and everyone was very friendly and pleasant. I ask for a certain person and I was quickly referenced to mosrati in which had assisted me the I came in and everyone was very friendly and pleasant. I ask for a certain person and I was quickly referenced to mosrati in which had assisted me the first time I came looking just to look around without buying. Mosrati both first and second time did not rush me in and out of the dealership or try to sell me a car that I didn't like, i went from one car style to another from one side to another used cars to new cars and not once did I have mosrati made me feel unimportant, I felt like the buyer and he gave me the attention I like, he answer the questions about the style, the make, and the in and out of the cars which I appreciate for my knowledge and what I wanted to buy. We did hit a rough patch because of the price of the first car I liked but just because that car did not work I still end up buying a new car which was over and beyond of what I expected I end up getting the CRV Honda love it and the price was better than the first one overall I was happy in the end!!Thank you mosrati!!
