IDEAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONESTY We purchased a new Pilot about a month ago. This is our 5th Honda purchase over about 10 years, so we walked in with certain expectations. Although I wouldn't say any of our experiences have been bad at other dealerships, we would have not rated any of them as "good" until now. We worked with CHRIS HROCH who was patient, informative, and went out of his way to help us out. He worked with us for about 2 weeks to make sure that we got the car we wanted and the price that worked for us. He and the other staff worked to get the car shipped over and made sure it was better than what we expected. We also worked with DON BITLER in financing. Here was another great experience. Don was honest and thorough with the information he presented. He even went through it a second time with my husband on speakerphone. He explained everything until we understood. I can go on to mention at least 3-5 more great experiences with Chris, Don, and several others. We are happy to have them so close by and are looking forward to making further purchases with them in the future. More

Very Fast and Efficient Buy I walked in on Friday evening and and was in my new car by Saturday afternoon. Lucy set with me and helped me find the vehicle that was right for me! This was a great experience especially this being my first car buy.
