Tony Townsend did a great job! My wife and I were in Brandon and decided that we would just stop in for a test drive in the honda civic touring. Her lease was almost up and she was ready for a new car. After test driving the car Tony took us inside to show us the numbers. I was not buying that day. While we were in the negotiating process Tony offered us lunch. That in itself was awesome. We actually went over numbers while we were eating. After finding out the prices we let them know we were going to head home and think it over. It did not so there Tony went back one more time. He came back with a better number than i expected. So for the first time ever I actually signed for the car that day. My wife is very happy in her new car and I will be going back to buy a CRV when the 2017s are released. Brandon Honda went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Also the finance part was a breeze. Chris Shotwell kept his word and got us in and out. He made the experience that much easier. We even received a video tonight from Tony telling us thank you for our business. 3 managers also came out and thanked us for our business. After moving to Florida in 2009, Brandon Honda has been the ONLY dealership My first baby was a 2005 Element, which i purchased new in another state. After moving to Florida in 2009, Brandon Honda has been the ONLY dealership I will deal with, and recommended it to others in my family. From the quality care and genuine friendliness of the service department, I was eventually persuaded to trade-in my Element in 2015 for a Pilot. Let me say, my Element was paid off and still running strong, so it took a LOT to show me the benefits of getting a newer vehicle. That's when I met Priscilla, in 2014. Yes, she knew me as a potential customer for well over 7 months before I was ready to let go of my Element. NEVER any pressure, NEVER any hints of being rushed to make a decision, which in my eyes proved to me that she cared about me, AS A PERSON, not as a commission check. Even though others tried, and failed, to get my business, Priscilla handles her clients with the utmost professionalism, and guided me into a 2015 Pilot. But, the story doesn't end there.....it's gets much, much better. Life has a way of changing your plans, and so, even though the 2015 Pilot was a great vehicle, ready to travel the road with me for many years to come, on July 9, 2016, I leaned on Priscilla's extensive Honda knowledge once again. She has always been upfront and honest about any type of trade I was considering, and the Pilot wasn't a good fit for me anymore. I didn't know what to do, but knew I had time left on my leased Pilot, and was just asking for a friend's opinion. Eddie is the man! I was a first time car buyers and Eddie made the experience a good one. I was indecisive and had alot of "i dont knows".
