My 2014 Honda CR-V was totaled in a crash, so I had to replace it and I replaced it with another Honda CR-V, a 2016. I loved my CR-V and it was so safe my son walked away from a very bad crash without a single injury. Jerry took excellent care of me and I have already recommended him to others, as has my husband. Chris took excellent care of us in Finance and made it as quick and painless as possible. We are very happy with every aspect of our deal. While we waited for the leather upholstery to be installed, they gave us a loaner car, a brand new car, and even delivered it to me at the car rental agency. They have gone above and beyond. And I had a full tank of gas in my new car. More

Easy upgrade! I had my 2014 CRV LX in for an oil change last week. Over the weekend I received a call/email from Hatem explaining that I was eligible for Brandon Ho I had my 2014 CRV LX in for an oil change last week. Over the weekend I received a call/email from Hatem explaining that I was eligible for Brandon Honda's Vehicle Upgrade program. He said he could work with me to get me in a 2016 CRV or other Honda model if I preferred. Sounded too good to be true but I figured what did I have to lose? Worst case I keep my 2014 CRV which I loved. Hatem met me Monday at my convenience. I asked if I could look at the EX model. I loved all the great features compared to the LX but figured It was out of my reach but Hatem made it happen for me! Hatem is very knowledgeable, courteous and personable. I felt comfortable with him right away...we all know how stressful buying a car can be. Before I knew I had my 2016 CRV EX and absolutely love it! Tony and Jim were awesome in helping me get through the financial part of the process. More

We ended up going to the secondary lot to find the right Accord. He was very knowledgeable on all the packages and options. Vaughn Hebertee then help us with the various finance options. At the end of the day, I drove the Accord home. This is our third car from Brandon Honda. We have had good experiences from the dealership with both purchases and service. More

I was having knee trouble and walking the day we were in there, and he brought all the paperwork to me so I didnt have to walk much. How thoughtful!~Ron Wright was the one who called us and said they would like to work with us after my husband had been in the week before for oilchange and check up. He was very professional and friendly also! Jim Turner our finance guy was also a dream to work with, his NY accent and stories keep us in stitches! He is a funny guy!
