Wonderful from start to finish I had a great experience at Brandon Honda today! I went along with my daughter because she wanted to look at a Civic. We were greeted by Mike, who imm I had a great experience at Brandon Honda today! I went along with my daughter because she wanted to look at a Civic. We were greeted by Mike, who immediately made us feel welcome. He was knowledgable and great to deal with, wasn't pushy in the slightest, and really listened. I wasn't planning on buying a car today, but Mike showed me the Crosstour and after taking it for a test drive I knew I wanted that car. He worked with me and my daughter to obtain reasonable financing, and even provided us with lunch and laughs. The gentleman we worked with in the finance department was great as well, and made the process enjoyable and easy to understand. When all the paperwork was signed, Mike was there to spend the extra time with me and my daughter so that we could understand our new vehicles.
