I had been given s This week I was in the market for a new car. Having visited 4 dealerships, I decided I wanted a Honda Accord EXL with navigation. I had been given some great deals at other dealerships, but they were for other cars. Now the question was could I get the luxury loaded Honda and stay within my budget. At Brandon Honda, I met with salesman, Rammie Hamdan. He was likable, easy to work with, had a sense of humor, and was sensitive to my needs. Rammie assured me he would do everything in his power to help me get what I wanted and on my terms. Rammie did a great job but we still fell short of a deal that I could be comfortable with. That is when he called in a sales manager, Ferris Hamdan. Ferris was reassuring and promised to do everything he could not to just get me a good deal but get me the deal I wanted. That is exactly what happened. Thanks to Rammie and Ferris, I am a Honda owner. To complete the paperwork, they introduced me to Chris Shotwell in financial services. Chris very efficiently went through the closing process and made sure I understood and was comfortable with all the terms. He pointed out some great programs available to me without any pressure to buy right then, but instead gave me literature to review so I could make my own decision … my way. If you are shopping for a car, I recommend giving Brandon Honda a chance. I am sure there are a lot of good people working there, but I suggest you ask for Rammie and Ferris to represent you. Yes, the two of them are brothers, and in my mind, they are a dynamic duo that will work hard to make you a Happy Honda Owner. More

Great experience. They definitely have a returning customer! I initially went into the dealership to test drive some vehicles with no intention to buy one anytime soon. My representative Joe Sabb was very patient as I am a single mom and had my toddler in tote! We all know this is not easy!He did not give his opinions on the vehicles and let me decide what I liked. I ended up picking the CRV. Although its history had been leased quite a bit, I was assured through the warranty and extra warranty that any issues would be easily taken care of! The dealership got me an awesome APR and helped me get to the payments i needed to drive the vehicle I wanted without living my life around expensive payments. Although I like to keep my vehicles for quite a while, I will definitely be a returning customer when the time comes! Also, I would like to mention Vaughn who was also a great representative! More

Best experience yet! We took our car in for general service and decided while there that the time had come for us to trade in our 2010 CR-V for a new one. We shared this with Rachel Christie who contacted Don Negri. When meeting him we found that he was very courteous and a dedicated employee of Brandon Honda. He asked if we were interested in another CR-V, our response, Yes! He took us over to the new 2015 model and pointed out all the new features. He was not pushy, but very knowledgeable. We were sold. He contacted his supervisor, Gary Jarrell who offered us a good trade-in on our 2010 and the best rates available. Working with them - all good family men - we were quite pleased and drove our new car home. More

He was very polite, very thorough and it was service with a smile. When they were finished up with my car, they made sure I was happy . My car had gotten a full detail, very happy.
