The purchaser chose another car. Michael literally sprinted across the lot to take custody of the car so I could purchase it.... Dan was very frank and forthright in his dealings with us. I had a few items I needed fixed/modified on the new vehicle.. He dealt with them in a very efficient expeditious manner. We quickly agreed on what it would take to complete the transaction. He found a pre-owned vehicle w/ VERY low miles & w/in my budget after only 1 test drive. He patiently worked w/ me while negotiating the cost & my personal preferences. He made alternate suggestions on newer models w/ lower interest rates yet seemed to know that the pre-owned CR-V was the best choice w/out being pushy. If not for Stanley, I would've continued to 'shop around' @ other dealerships as I was in no hurry to buy. I consider Stanley a friend & he's confirmed the fact that a sale should not be about 'building revenue' but more about 'building relationships' because that not only 'seals the deal' but more importantly, guarantees future sales. Brian Jantzen American Hero??? This story starts out sad, a young lady working 70 hours a week in two jobs trying to make an independent life after divorce. Heading to her second jo This story starts out sad, a young lady working 70 hours a week in two jobs trying to make an independent life after divorce. Heading to her second job 2 weeks ago some unknown subject was tailgating and blowing the horn for no apparent reason. Distracted by the car behind she was checking the review mirror when the truck in front stopped short, she hit the brakes but not in time to prevent a collision that totaled her car. Insurance paid off the car loans she had but she was left with nothing to trade and no money to put down on a replacement vehicle. She was able to get a new loan for $20,000 that generated the monthly payment she could afford. Enter Brian Jantzen with Brandon Honda who we contacted for a possible certified used Honda. Brian took note of the situation and met with this woman to consult on what her options might be to be able to walk out the door at the 20,000 target and no higher. Brian had her test drive several vehicles then explained the merits of investing her $20,000 in a new vehicle with lifetime warranties on the drive train, 5 year warranty on other components and a Brandon commitment to service quality. Cutting to the outcome she left Brian with a 2015 Fit LX with all the safety features and technology a young person is looking for. Brian was able to keep if under the financial targets and left his customer with a wide smile after buying her first car on her own. This woman is my daughter but Brian treated her as his own daughter. He qualifies as an American hero for an out of the area father!! If you're considering a new Honda do not pass up the chance to at least consult with Brian Jantzen, he defines what a car salesperson should be, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest and a man of exacting integrity.
