They had us sign about 50 to 60 times for 2 dfferent reasons. We were paying cash and shouldn't have been there more than a couple hours, especially since I tried out the vehicle 2 days before. Everything was uphill from there, never made it to Kia. 2 hours later I'm driving a new CRV home. It was late so they bought us a pizza. My wife is a tough negotiator, but she left with the car she wanted for what she wanted it for. Every person we encountered was smiling and jovial from the time we entered the parking lot. Above and beyond! When you buy a Honda you're getting more than a car you can rely on you're buying into a quality organization with top notch people. The sales reps were awesome, especially going over the numbers and figures out in the parking lot (since I refused to go in and sit down - too many bad experiences). They wiped out the dept from my trade-in, since I was upside-down by about $1,000, and bought us lunch before we left. From start to finish, we were at the dealership for 3 hours, which I believe to be a record for my car-buying experiences (8+ purchases/leases). This was by far the best and easiest experience ever. More
