Excellent Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Service I had been shopping for a car for several weeks, and had been to almost every other dealer lot within the 10 square mile strip, this was the last one I had been shopping for a car for several weeks, and had been to almost every other dealer lot within the 10 square mile strip, this was the last one I went to, and I'm so glad I did. Surprisingly, refreshingly, simple process to purchase my pre-owned vehicle, compared to all the other dealers I went to. I told Ajay what my requirements were: make/model of the cars I had in mind, the price limit for my budget, the APR rate I wanted, the monthly payment cap for my budget, and model year/mileage I was willing to consider. He immediately pulled the inventory list and found three cars that matched my criteria, showed them to me, and I left that night in my "new" car. Ajay was extremely helpful, listened to what I wanted, and sold me what I wanted, with no pressure to look at anything else. His manager Dan was also very helpful in finding the inventory to match. And I was in and out in under 2 hours, no wasting time haggling with salesmen, no pressure to do anything I didn't want to do, extremely pleasant experience, far better than what I expected after visiting the other lots. As a first time buyer, Brandon Honda made my first time experience a great one. I started my car shopping online so I wouldn't be pressured or forced into anything by being behind a computer. The internet salesman Mr. Mike Joiner was very helpful and very nice. He was respectful to my busy work schedule and also very helpful with communicating with me via phone and email. When I was ready to go to Brandon Honda Mike scheduled a time that would work and was waiting for me and welcomed me when I arrived. Everyone was so nice and helpful. He let me test drive whatever I wanted and he also answered and explained in detail all my questions. I wasn't ready to make a purchase that day and Mike did not try to talk me into it. He didn't harass me after I left the dealership. He respected my busy schedule. He may have emailed me following up and when I was ready a week later he made his self available. Mike made this experience so easy, especially with me being from a different state. When it was time to talk numbers I spoke with Mike's manager Daniel Buchier who was also very helpful, informative, and ready to work with me and accommodate all my wishes. Mike and Daniel treated me to a delicious free meal from the cafe in the dealership. (YES, I SAID A CAFE IN THE DEALERSHIP :) lol). When it was time for me to leave Mike snapped pictures of me in my new car and congratulated me. For a first time experience, I'm glad I choose Brandon Honda. I take advantage of the free car wash and go weekly!. Everyone still welcomes me and greet me as if I'm family. As for my brand new 2015 Honda Accord. I LOVE IT!! More

Quite impressed and satisfied with the service provided. We came back the very next day ,just picked up the car and drive home.It was our first new car ,Honda- CRV ,( touring model).We were offered the best deal we could ever think of ! Couldn't imagine all this would happen in a day.
