They take all "Obstacles" , turn them first into "Challenges" and within a few minutes they turn them into "Accomplishments" and make the sale. From the moment you enter the showroom, all the way through the process of the sale & financing you find nothing but professionalism and the warmth of friendship all wrapped up together. Priscilla Prates has been outstanding as my sales associate, once I made the call of interest she was right on top of the entire process, had the paper work ready, new car detailed and sitting by the showroom door just waiting for me to do my paperwork, transfer items from one car to the other and be on my way. Denise Depulle was professional in finance, presented all the options available for my consideration, worked with the finance company making it all possible to walk away with the new car within a short period of time. Brett Morgan is a huge asset to Brandon Honda. After my first purchase a previous Honda dealership was not refunding my maintenance program I had cancelled after purchasing my first CRV from Brandon Honda, Brett made contact with me and assured me he would take care of the situation and he did. When I first made contact with Brett on voice mail, he returned my call immediately, while on his honeymoon..... just to let me know he would handle the situation for me as soon as he returned.... and he did. That is way beyond what any customer should expect! Way to go Brett! Because of you, the service of Priscilla, Brandon Honda has sold me two vehicles within a years time as well as selling 3 friends to whom I have referred to Priscilla, The service department is outstanding as well. I called ahead to make an appointment, got the vehicle in the same day for an oil change and was greeted immediately and the follow up was impressive. Just a added note, the food at the dealership has always been fantastic. Amazing a little cafe can provide such awesome food. Thanks Brandon Honda..... Impressed I have to say that as of this point I am quite impressed with this dealership. I came in and was able to explain my situation to them and they were willing to help me get financed for which I am grateful. I wasn't even there for very long but all through the process each of them kept me informed as to what was going on and it was all handled in a very timely fashion. Excellent customer care I must tell you in all my car buying experience I have never met such a compassionate team. Due to my recent car accident I am unable to walk without I must tell you in all my car buying experience I have never met such a compassionate team. Due to my recent car accident I am unable to walk without the use of crutches. I was made to feel welcomed from the initial phone call. The Team worked together effortlessly to get the deal I wanted. Ron Wright took a chair with wheels as a makeshift wheelchair just so I could sit and they push me around to the desks and to my new car I purchased. I am unable to drive so my daughter and I were driven all the way home to Westchase. Ms. Monica Byrnes followed Ron and I just so I could get my car home!!! Everyone showed complete care and concern for my injury from the car accident. Some of the staff like Ms. Byrnes and Denise Dupelle totally understood my injury from my accident and shared similar experiences. It was like I was visiting friends rather than a car dealership. Where else do you get that!!! This was my first purchase with Brandon Honda! I must say it will not be my last purchase and I will be happy to be there when I stop in to get my car serviced. Ron Wright went out of his way to make sure that I was in the right place. He is definitely Service Manager level! He is a great asset there and made my daughter and I feel like family. He introduced us to the other members of the staff. He even brought menus for us to choose our lunch! The sandwiches were delicious by the way. I hope the next time we see Mr. Wright he will be promoted! He has outstanding above and beyond customer service. We sincerely appreciate him and Monica Byrnes going 45 minutes drive from the dealership just to get us home with my new car. Ron even put my car tag on the car for me! More
