Since we were still in the feeling-things-out stage we certainly didn't expect to be in the dealership past closing, finalizing a deal on the vehicle we wanted, with a superior option package than we thought was within our budget. Everyone we dealt with was amazingly courteous. The environment was comfortable, and we didn't feel that awkward and uncomfortable pressure from the salesmen that has become very common at other dealerships. Not only were we happy with the deal, but because we had to make a return trip to the dealership after our purchase because they were so busy and we couldn't finalize a couple points, they offered to refuel our new vehicle as a courtesy when we returned. Not only do I intend to do all my Honda-related business at this dealership, despite it being 45 minutes from my house as opposed to 10, but I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a new car. More

While I have had a good experience in the past with the service department, Rachel went above and beyond to provide extraordinary service during my visit.
