We originally had an appointment with another salesman, but ended up being assisted by Hassan. We already knew the vehicle we wanted, and Hassan was quite knowledgeable and knew all the facts and specs abo but ended up being assisted by Hassan. I just bought a 2014 Honda Odyssey and was very happy with my purchase. They made the experience a pleasant one, and I've bought cars before and this is by far the best experience I've ever had. I worked with Ferris and Tyson, these guys really compliment each other with their approach to sales. The day I bought my minivan, it was Ferris's Birthday, and he was on the sales floor to help me get the best deal possible until very late (Sorry Ferris ), he even made a call to finalize the deal and provide me with a better deal. The deal was made as smooth as possible, and they always kept a "customer first" attitude. If I'd had to buy another car in the near future ( and I will, with 3 teenagers), I would not hesitate to ask for these two guys directly, hopefully they stick around for a while. More

After my purchase, he took time setting up the Bluetooth phone feature, demonstrating the other technology, and being sure I was ready to drive off the lot by showing me how to adjust all the mirrors and the driver’s seat. Bo Engel in Finance patiently answered all my questions regarding financing and extended warranties. General Manager Sam Raabe demonstrated by his dealings with me that Brandon Honda truly wants every customer to be satisfied. Sure, everyone at Brandon Honda is friendly. And, of course, it is convenient that they have a café right in the waiting room. But above all, their commitment to customer satisfaction is why I will go back there and why I will recommend them to my friends. More
