I have been in dealers in Virginia and Delaware and haven't had a Sales person work with me like Joe did. He immediately got the vehicle I was looking for, and worked some great magic to get me approved, I am surprising my wife with this purchase, she had no idea about it and she has been in love with Odyssey for a good while. Well Joe has made my Wife very happy today and Happy Wife Happy Husband. I will recommend Brandon Honda with out hesitation and specially Joe Sabb for his attention and helping me out in the way he did, I would consider him today one of my best friends. A customer for life Hello, Having a recent discharged bankruptcy (Feb) I was concerned that I would not be able to get a car without a large down payment. I relocated to Florida 6 months ago and my discharge came since I have been here. I had received several letters offering me little to no money down but they were from dealers in Ohio. After speaking with my attorney I was advised to call a few dealerships here to see if any offer a program similar. I was beginning to get discouraged after calling several places and not getting my questions answered. Everyone simply wanted me to come in and let them run my credit. The last thing I wanted was a ton of inquiries and no guarantee of assistance. I called Brandon Honda and asked to speak with someone in the finance department hoping to get an answer. I was immediately transferred to a salesman named Charlie, he wouldn't really answer my questions but insisted I come in and " Let's see what we can do". I made a couple of appointments but was unable to make them and my confidence in Charlie was not high. I decided not to waste my time or the few points I had left with someone who wouldn't take the time to honestly see if he could help. About two weeks went by and I decided to try again. I called and asked again to speak with someone in the finance department. The lady I was transferred to advised me that she couldn't give me any honest answers but would let me speak to someone who could. My call was picked up by a gentleman named Joe Sabb. I explained my situation and my concerns, he immediately told me not to worry. He explained that although I may not be able to get my ideal car he was sure that he would be able to assist me. He directed me to the website to complete the credit application and asked that I call and advise him when it was completed. Once completed I left him a message that it was completed and took off to begin my day. While out in Brandon that afternoon I stopped in to see Joe, I didn't have an appointment so I figured I may have to wait. I was greeted by a woman after checking in stating she was Joe's supervisor and if I didn't mind waiting a little bit Joe was with a customer but would see me as soon as he could. I didn't mind waiting the 20 minutes because she was very friendly and I appreciated her coming to let me know. Once free Joe came out to speak to me, he honestly informed me that although my application had come through he hadn't had time to really view it. He did ask me if I could make an appointment for Monday which I did. He gave me a list of things that I would need to bring with me and gave a brief explanation of the program that would be available for me. I left feeling very optimistic and glad that I had given Brandon Honda a second chance. I was very surprised to receive a call from Joe that evening just following up on the appointment for Monday and asking if I had any questions. He apologized that he was unavailable earlier and was looking forward to working with me. At that point even if I was unable to get a car at this time I knew when I could I'd definitely would be going to see Joe. On Monday I went in feeling confident that I would be given a fair assessment. Joe and I went over all of my paperwork and off he went to see the powers that be.He came out to explain that since part of my income was 1099 that it would limit some of the banks that would be willing to work with me. But for me not to get discouraged. Out came Clayton Mardis with Joe to explain my options and what could be done to help me. Clayton explained that they had received an offer from a bank willing to work with me. Unfortunately the interest rate was going to be even higher than I expected but he was confident he could get it down some with a little more of a down payment. He advised of a 2009 Chevy Malibu LT that the bank was willing to finance, it was a recent trade in and needed to be detailed. The mileage on the car was 55,000 and the payment would be a little higher than I was hoping to have but workable. I was able to get the 10 year/100,000 mile power train warranty and gap coverage. He also explained that although I may not be happy with this particular car I should know that with on time payments for 13 - 15 months he could help me get into which ever car I wanted. He went off to run the numbers a little more and asked Joe to please show me the car. After getting the keys and viewing the car Joe advised me that he wanted to have the car washed and at least vacuumed out before showing it to me. He didn't want to show me the car in the condition it was in and have me feel unfavorable about the transaction. To be honest I was a little concerned and unsure how to feel at that point. He advised me that I would be happy with the car but didn't want to give me any details until we went out to see it together. Once that was done Joe took me out to the car, I was very pleased with the outside of the vehicle. Not only was it a pretty car there wasn't any serious body damage or paint issues. The interior of the car was nice, there were a few holes in the seat covers but Joe insisted they would replace those, the floor mats and the side view mirror that was lightly damaged. I was completely excited, this is a really nice car and newer than I had expected. For some reason I assumed I would be getting a 2006 or 2007 with high miles. Boy was I wrong, Joe and Clayton did everything they could to assist me and leave me feeling satisfied and not taken advantage of. I will be picking the car up in a couple of days and I feel so excited and have been raving on Brandon Honda, Joe and Clayton since I left there. I am so happy I took the step to reach out to you a second time. Recovering from a financial meltdown is extremely hard and very embarrassing. Joe took the time to explain to me that I shouldn't feel that way. He explained that he himself had been through the same situation 10 years before. It made me feel much better know that I wasn't just a sale to be rushed out of the door after signing. I will continue to work with Brandon Honda, Joe and Clayton in the future. And will direct and refer everyone I know to the two of them. Thank you for employing those two gentleman, without them you would not have a customer for life. Tamala Bowen More

He listened to what I was truly looking for in a vehicle with the price being most important. He was able to get me into the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. I was also on a very strict timeline and he was able to get me in and out in about 2 hours. I would definitely recommend Corey if you are looking for a great salesman. In fact, I have referred a family memeber and they are in the process of their purchase :-) More

I dealt mostly with Ron, who did everything possible to make buying a new car an enjoyable time. He was very friendly, patient & straight forward in answering all of our questions. He was very thorough in explaining how things work in our car. This was our first experience with phone/car compatability, and Ron did such a good job showing us how it works that we were able to continue to add stuff on our own at home. An example of Ron's going above & beyond is: I left my glasses in the car that we traded in, so Ron offered to drop the glasses off at our home. This is the first time that we actually enjoyed buying a new car. All the other times that we had to buy new cars were a horrible hassle with us being so frustrated that we dreaded having to buy a car. Now we know that we don't have to worry anymore. We will come back to Brandon Honda & Ron Wright to get a great deal & have a good experience. Thank you, Ron. Barb More

Wonderful experience We walked in and were greeted by Justin. He was a WONDERFUL help, showing us exactly what we wanted. I was a little confused of the different models of Accords, and he was very specific of the different types and did a wonderful job asking us what we wanted in a car. On the test drive, he showed us how to hook up our iphones, and all of the things that we can use it for in the car. When we told him that we were planning on looking other places as well, he did not pressure us not to go, but just seemed to have the confidence that we would be back :) He was right, when we came back a little while later in the day, we were disappointed that he wasn't there because he was a large reason why we came back. We weren't told actually that he wasn't there anymore, as we might have tried to call him to see if he could come back, but we were greeted by Ron and he seemed to take over. He was helpful on finding the car we wanted and making the deal that we were happy with. We did still leave with some questions, as by the time everything was finalized it was coming close to closing time and it seemed as if everyone wanted to go home. More
