He was very down to earth and had me laughing the entire time. He worked hard to get us where we needed to be as well as Bo who was very friendly but straight forward, which told me he didn't pull any punches and was very upfront with us and I liked that. Aside from an over site of something on our credit which changed the payments a bit, everything went very smooth, fast, and pretty much pain free. This was my first time buying a Honda and to be honest, it was such a great experience. The staff went above and beyond what I could ask for from the minute I walked in the door offering me cookies, drink it was such a great experience. I loved my salesman Jared Warren who was so kind, friendly, and knowledgable. Even after the car was bought, I had to call Jared because I left something in my old car that I turned in for a trade...he went out of his way to get that item for me. In addition to all of that, there was a slight mixup between myself, sales manager Dan Jordy, and Financial Services Manager Denise Dupelle. I expected it to take days to resolve or not to be resolved at all. Jared, Dan, and Denise were AWESOME and corrected the problem right away!!! This car buying/leasing experience has been nothing but a positive one and Im happy to have made the choice not only to switch to Honda but to go to Brandon Honda!!! More
