As this was the first brand new car I have ever bought, I was a bit? nervous about the whole thing. However, Tim was so friendly and helpful that he immediately put me a ease. The price Sonny & Cris gave us on a Honda CRV EX seemed high & we thought we might get a better price from Auto Nations through the SunCoast Schools FCU..but not so. On 6/30/12 we visited Brandon Honda for routine service on our 2008 Accord. Without a doubt, Mary & the Service guys have always provided top notch customer service. I would tell anyone, the Service Dept at Brandon Honda cannot be matched by any other dealership! While waiting, we were approached by Stan Pullen. It was easy to identify Stan as prior military as his appearance was impeccable and he presented himself in such a professional manner. Stan asked if we were interested in a new Honda. He said, "let me have 5 minutes of your time, and I'll show you how we can make that happen". The rest was over then, we drove away in a 2012 Accord. This the 3rd Honda we've bought through Brandon Honda and surely not the last. It's professionals like Chris Aviso, Stan Pullen & your Service Dept that keep customers like us coming back. More
