This Eemployee is the best! I believe he goes above and beyond the call of his duty. For starters as soon as I drive up and he spots me if he is not with a customer he immediately comes out. I've lived in Brandon for almost 9 years. When I first got here, I shopped around for good auto service but was never happy with it at the various shops I tried. Never a fan of dealer service or chains, I restricted my search to locally owned onesie shops. I finally found one that took care of my car for years and gave good value for the money. That shop became the standard for me. However, shortly after I bought a used Honda from a private party, my auto shop stopped servicing anything but European cars. I had to find another place. I don't recall how I ended up at Brandon Honda given my dislike of dealer service, but I met J.R. on my first visit. I like him because he's never pushy about service and he always makes me feel like I'm one of his top priorities. He even worked with the dealership and Honda corporate to resolve a warranty issue that saved us quite a bit. These are the reasons I've worked exclusively with him over the last 7 years when it comes to service. Hope you can hang onto him. If he leaves, I'll be searching again. More

I had spoken with JR prior to the purchase of my van - not even a customer yet - and he helped answer my questions and concerns. He is always gracious with his time and truly cares / wants to make your experience at their dealership pleasant and resolve your vehicle's concerns. Brandon Honda itself I prefer over the other local Honda dealerships as well. My most unfavorable experience was at a Tampa Honda dealership who function on the hard sell / guilt / make a decision in the moment tactic. I left and took my business elsewhere. In a pinch as they are much closer to home, I used the service dept at this same Tampa dealership and they were very dishonest with me and my vehicle stating that I needed a $400 part which I in fact did not when examined by the mechanics at Brandon Honda. This furthered my disappointment and increased my confidence level with the staff at Brandon Honda. The other dealership is minutes down the road from my home. I drive 30+ minutes to get to Brandon Honda but it is so worth the drive. The staff at Brandon Honda, especially JR Disbrow, are always friendly, knowledgeable and honest. What better place for a Honda than those who know the vehicles best(: More

It does not matter whether my service is a high priced service or s simple oil change, JR is always professional and places a high value on his satisfaction of his customers. I drove my van for 190K miles until the second transmission died a in September. I was able to speak to JR (Even though he was not on duty) in order to get his advice regarding the mishap. I had my van was towed to the Brandon Honda Dealer. I then walked out with a used 2007 CR-V. JR is the reason me and my family made Brandon Honda Dealer or car dealer. More
My family and I are long time customers of Honda.We bought our cars from this company,and are very please with the services. At one time there was a recall of my airbags and steering wheel problem,alth bought our cars from this company,and are very please with the services. At one time there was a recall of my airbags and steering wheel problem,although we were notified in writing,JR took the time to contact us, and this have left a lasting impression on our family.Mr Disbrow is also professional and efficient,very honest, and friendly.The first time we knew that we could have gotten a courtesy car wash along with our car service was from him.In the height of summer,when my window got stuck and i needed it fixed,JR squeezed me in, because i had just had surgery,and could not take the heat.Every three months when we get our oil change done, JR takes the time to explain every concern, no matter how many times he have to answer the same question.We have reccommended my of our friends to Honda services and they wre all impressed with him. Thank you Honda for MR Disbrow, it is nice to know when you are worried where your car is concerned,there is always a friendly, honest,kind and patient service adviser at your service. More

Jr is awesome! When I make last minuet appointment he always takes care of me. Keeps me up to date with my maintenance and is honest about the work that needs to be done; I always have a coupon and he ma always takes care of me. If I stay on the premises he makes sure I'm OK, offers me something to drink or the snack the are provided. When I'm in a time crunch he tried his best to get me out as quick as possible without rushing the work on my car. Very friendly and welcoming and doesn't make anyone feel intimidating to ask a general question, very professional when dealing with multiple people and acknowledges my presence when I come in or he's on the phone with other and someone is in his space.. He's the best, I live by two closer Honda dealerships that offer better coupons in the mail and I still go to him because of the service her offers and my car maintenance record has been there from day one.
