David was friendly and accommodating throughout the car-buying process. However, he did get pushy at times, bordering on aggressive. His sales manager, Mo, presented us with an opportunity to further evaluate the purchase of the car, by offering to let us take the car for an overnight test drive. This greatly helped us in our decision-making. His calm demeanor was appreciated. As far as additional fees, I don’t feel that the protection package should be mandatory to purchase if I do not wish to partake. I feel that maybe adding auto detailings several times per year in the package would make it more appealing to purchase. More

I asked them if they had the vehicle in the lot before the visit as I was driving for 3 hrs, they lied that they had the vehicle available in the lot. There were no vehicles available and I couldn't make the visit as I was driving for 3 hrs, they lied that they had the vehicle available in the lot.
