Absolutely Do Not Recommend Brandon Honda – Ongoing Safety Issues & Dishonest Service I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord from Fernando at Brandon Honda on October 25, 2024. Within the first week, I had Safety Issues & Dishonest Service I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord from Fernando at Brandon Honda on October 25, 2024. Within the first week, I had to return the car twice due to a strong gas smell and an ant infestation. While the dealership resolved the ant issue, the gas odor persisted. I was told a fuel pump was replaced the same day, but that turned out to be false—my service advisor later confirmed no work was actually done. A month later, the electronic parking brake (E-brake) warning light started coming on intermittently, affecting the interior dome lights. Despite the brake still functioning, I was repeatedly turned away due to service being “closed on weekends,” which is the only time I can visit due to work. When I finally got the vehicle in on April 23, 2025, I explained the issue clearly. Hours later, I was told the E-brake had activated during their inspection, and they could not release it. I was forced to pay for the repair on the spot or risk not getting my car back. I’m a single mother—this was not an option. Even after paying, the light and dome light issue persisted. Another advisor claimed coffee was spilled into the E-brake mechanism. I don’t drink coffee. Two weeks later, the E-brake warning light came back on, and I was told the new repair would cost $5,000. Despite repeated requests, they have not provided the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) inspection report I’m entitled to. I was told they only visually check the E-brake button during inspections—not the internal components. That’s unacceptable and dangerous. I’ve spoken with multiple service advisors and even the general manager, Justin Jared. I was promised call-backs that never came. No one is taking accountability, and now I’m stuck with a vehicle that has ongoing electrical and brake system issues, which puts my children and me at risk. Do not trust Brandon Honda. They pushed me into a sale, gave false information, failed to follow warranty and CPO standards, and are now ignoring a serious safety issue. If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay far away. More

My experience with Chris was good all things considered. The vehicle that I purchased had some significant damage to it. I requested all of these issues be resolved but since it was Friday night and later in the evening Chris prepared a "we owe" form for the rims and the bumper and said he would find the second key or work something out. Hopefully he holds up those promises. Chris seems to be a standup guy. The Finance manager tried to slip past a warranty as usual. He also tried totally changing the agreed upon terms of the deal to add an additional 24 months of additional payments that would have meant an additional $13K and trying to talk me into it by saying oh this is what you agreed to and oh it simple interest, when I had initially agreed to a 60 month term. The FI manager made it sound like in order to get financing with their lender I had to buy the warranty and gap protection. Then I saw an additional fee for scotchguard, he said "oh it comes with the car" and quickly moved past the page. I plan to report this behavior to the attorney general. This basically amounts to theft. More
