Brandon Honda in general is a business that is very easy to deal with. Everything is organized like a clockwork - car reception, initial registration and service, clean waiting area, if you have to wait wit to deal with. Auggie is a breath of fresh air compared to most service technicians that I come in contact with at other dealerships. I met Auggie for the first time approximately 2 weeks ago when I had to bring my Honda technicians that I come in contact with at other dealerships. I met Auggie for the first time approximately 2 weeks ago when I had to bring my Honda Accord in to have the hood painted after a very bad used car sales experience. Auggie greeted with a smile and I genuinely felt like he was there to take care of me. When I picked up my vehicle, it was late in the evening on a weekday and met me again with a smile.
