Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Brandon Honda in all but one area. My salesperson, Hope Rose, was very nice and answered any questions I had. I went in to the dealership to trade in my small car for a larger car and was able to get a good offer on my used car. I did feel a bit bait and switched when it came to the ultimate end price of my new vehicle once I finally got in to the financing dept. as I was expecting to be a little lower from the conversation I had the first day when I had made clear what my absolute highest I would pay per month would be. After that first day, I had to leave the dealership with a loaner car until my car was delivered in...So I left thinking I would be paying one thing, only to come back a couple days later and finally get into the finance dept. and be told it would be quite a bit more than what I had agreed to. I was thankfully able to get them to bring it down a little more/closer to what I originally thought it would be but was still above. If I had known the price would be what it ultimately ended up being, I probably would have waited to get a new car. At that point though and how much time I had invested, I didn't want to waste any more time and just agreed to the new price. More

We took our vehicle to Brandon Honda because we had a message being displayed on the dash about the air bags. They went right to work, our service manager, Tom Gernhart called us later and advised us the message being displayed on the dash about the air bags. We just picked up the vehicle and Tom took the time to explain the issue in "plain English" and apologized for the delay. Then his manager, Jen called to follow up also. I found a vehicle online at this dealership. I went in and spoke to the salesperson Kat Richard. She took my offer to her manager and we were able to negotiate a deal.
