My experience with Brandon Honda was disappointing. The contract pricing didn’t match the initial quote, and the VIN listed was different from the vehicle delivered. Right after purchase, the car had a rattling noise, and when I requested an exchange under their stated 2‑day policy, my request was denied. The issue required multiple service visits before being fixed — something that should have been addressed before delivery. I also paid for window tint that I later found out wasn’t needed. I requested a refund the next day, and after three weeks I still had no update. They also mentioned that the all‑weather floor mats would be ordered, but there has been no update on that either. Overall, poor transparency, denial of stated policies, and lack of follow‑through made this a frustrating process. More

Chase had an attitude and was not knowledgeable about the vehicle we ended up purchasing. We asked a few questions that he did not have a clue about. Chase even forgot to give us the keys at the end.
