I originally went to Wesley Chapel Honda to search for my brand new civic sport and when I was at their dealership the sales associate and finance manager were both very rude and condescending to myself and brand new civic sport and when I was at their dealership the sales associate and finance manager were both very rude and condescending to myself and my mother. Beginning with our initial conversation, sales associate Christopher Weiss was always honest up front about the car, price and comparables. He provided me with all the tools and information to make my first car buying experience as simple and transparent as possible. He answered every call, text and email I sent within minutes and showed me that trustworthy sales associates do still exist. I’ve had my Honda accord for one year. I just recently brought it in for its first dealer maintenance and none of the warrantees that I was promised when I was sold the car were delivered.
