My wife and I have had wonderful experiences dealing with Brandon Honda until yesterday 9/14/2020. She brought the car in for an oil change, service department, excellent! We received 2 free oil changes at t Brandon Honda until yesterday 9/14/2020. She brought the car in for an oil change, service department, excellent! We received 2 free oil changes at time of purchase, Benny, the Quality Assurance Manager, provided 2 more based on the myriad of issues. When my wife brought this up, the new Quality Assurance Manager, Richard Lane accused her of lying--to scam 2 free oil changes.... She lives in Wesley Chapel, a free oil change is not worth the drive. He was quite rude, making a number of strange facial expressions while listening to her. He then took the paper from her hand, signed off for "2 Free Oil Changes," slammed the paper on the table & walked off--again, rude, abrupt, and quite disrespectful. She asked to speak to Richards manager. The sales manager spoke with her but again, offered little to address Richards outright disdain. Elijah C heard the conversation & how Richard treated her and brought her a voucher for the oil changes. I was put off hearing about this situation. My dealings with Brandon Honda, up until this, were warm, friendly, and i would highly recommend friends & family! Richard Lane would cause me to NOT recommend the dealership. No one deserves to deal with or be treated as Richard treated my wife. Derek More
