Chris Weiss was and is very much like many of the other former military members that I've met in my life: Smart, organized and thorough, as well as friendly, courteous, and respectful. And it was no surprise that his associate Kyle (also former military) was very similar. I truly wish that the world was filled with more people like Chris and Kyle. These are the types of Americans that have been at the forefront of the freedoms that we all enjoy, and the type of men that a business can reply upon. From the first moment that I contacted Brandon Honda, and all the way through to that moment when I drove a new car off the lot, Chris expertly guided me through all of the steps involved in buying and/or leasing. I ended up leasing however, he covered both options for my thoroughly. He was at times very busy, handling multiple phone calls and customer inquiries, while meeting the demands of his busy schedule, while also being attentive to my individual needs. I left another Honda dealership and drive about 20 extra miles or so to get to Brandon Honda, because my prior salesman, one that I had previously leased a car from, was lackluster in his energy and enthusiasm to assist me. Chris was the exact opposite, which was just what I wanted: someone with positive energy and enthusiasm, and just what I wanted in a sales person. He's someone that makes it his goal to make sure that the customer's needs are always being met, and I really appreciate that. In hindsight I feel that I threw a few last minute changes at Chris, but he handled my requests and questions with a level head and a calm professional demeanor, and never once expressed any hesitation in his desire to make sure that all my questions and concerns were answered and taken care of, with patience, kindness and with a level of knowledge and detail that was most very much appreciated. I hope that I can convince my friends and family to make the extra drive time to Brandon Honda. Everyone buying or leasing a Honda should have the Chris Weiss experience. A customer-centric. first class car buying experience! More

Everyone knows buying a new car for the first time can be overwhelming but Youssef made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He took his time with me even though the entire dealership was swamped with other customers. I felt as if I got the royalty treatment. Not only did he walk me through each and every step of the process, but he also took me on a tour of the dealership and introduced me to various members of the team. I left feeling as if i was a part of the Brandon Honda family. Oh and the new awesome car I bought was just the cherry on top of cake! I look forward to my next visit to Brandon Honda! More
