From sales to service, communication is provided and available at all times, even if a question is asked twice. There was a time I called and the service team was answering the calls for sales due to phone system issues and it was not a useless call. Service team responds quickly and communicates all that is going on with the vehicle. Very patient and willing to help, both sales and service, and also reception (which really includes everyone). From Heaven to xxxx They did not follow my requests on financing the 2 Hondas 2017 I've got to my sons, on 48 months, then make it in 60 months, they have the vicious b They did not follow my requests on financing the 2 Hondas 2017 I've got to my sons, on 48 months, then make it in 60 months, they have the vicious behavior of many car dealers that are not accepted anymore, at the end of the deal without my authorization they pushed and charged around more less $7,000.00 add-ons, aka supplemented warranties, tire protection, etc etc etc, After many calls and texts, I've got the word from Financial Manager that in about 8 weeks I would have fixed on the loan all wrongly additional services, it's been over than 14 weeks and I still going blind. I've pushed these week the salesman Chris Weiss, if do not hear shortly from them with a final solution to remedy the damaged they create, I'll go for legal actions against the dealer. More

Buying a Car During a Pandemic I was looking for the CR-V hybrid, and Brandon Honda was one of the few locations that had multiple options of the car. Scheduling the test drive was I was looking for the CR-V hybrid, and Brandon Honda was one of the few locations that had multiple options of the car. Scheduling the test drive was very easy. When we arrived at the dealership, my husband and I were very impressed with the staff and facility. There were people greeting customers and helping them find where they needed to go. Seated areas where spaced out, and there were multiple signs reminding people to social distance. There was hand sanitizer throughout, and employees were wearing masks. Of course, we were impressed with the car, which is why we bought it, but were very happy with our experience with Brandon Honda. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car. More
