Above and Beyond I had my car in to have an issue fixed in March. We thought it was taken care of, but happened again a couple of weeks ago and I brought it back in. He changed places with me half way thru our test drive..I wanted to try out the rear seats. Upon completion of the paperwork, Leo assisted us in setting up our phones with the GSP/HondaIchat. Leo's kindness and thoughtfulness didn't stop there. He called to check-in on us to make sure everything was going fine. During an outing in our new Accord, we decided we wanted the side/door guards and the custom floor mats...we called Leo and BOOM we have the cost, an appointment for installation, and 2 very happy people.
